Eucalyptus Oil

This oil is great for post-workout massage. It clears the head and stimulates the senses. If you are feeling sore the morning after a tough workout, rub a base oil with a few drops of eucalyptus into sore muscles. It also has a detoxifying effect, so it is great if you are performing a cleanse as part of your new year health goals.

Sweet Orange Oil

This oil revitalizes energy, so it is perfect when you push yourself too hard and you are exhausted by the end of the week. It is also a great oil to use right before a workout because it is stimulating and puts you in a positive, energetic mood.

Thyme Oil

Thyme is also energizing and it wards off feelings of depression. It is also a great antiseptic, so it comes in handy when you are sharing machines and weights at the public gym.

Black Pepper Oil

Black pepper oil is a superstar when it comes to easing aches and pains. It also helps break down fats and flush toxins. It is one of the best oils you can use in conjunction with your new fitness program.
